Refunds & Returns

Not totally happy with your purchase? Obviously we are gutted, it happens though so no hard feelings. Please email care@interiorsuperior.co.uk and let us know your order number, details of the item you’d like to return and if you’d like a refund or an exchange. Unfortunately unless items have been damaged in transit, we do not cover the cost of return postage. Please securely package your return, send to the below address and return within 30 days of receiving your order. We recommend using a tracked postage service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost on their way back to us. All items must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging and in a resellable condition. Once received and checked, we will refund or exchange within 14 days to your original payment method.

Something arrived damaged or faulty?

Well that’s embarrassing! We package all of our orders carefully and check each item we send out. Unfortunately things do get broken in transit from time to time. Don’t worry though, email care@interiorsuperior.co.uk and we will sort it all out for you. Please send us pictures of the damaged item and your order number. We will cover the cost to return and either refund or replace the item for you.
